Covid-19 Policy of Caution

Here at EZ Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating LLC, we are committed to the safety of both your family and our technicians. Our team has completed thorough training and is prepped and ready to ensure that your heating and air conditioning needs are taken care of during these trying times of the coronavirus pandemic.

To make the process of our service more efficient, we can complete an in-home consultation or a video consultation using FaceTime, Google Hangouts or Zoom.
 
When our technicians show up at your home, you can expect:
  • Upon arriving, we can greet you any way you choose – foot bump, elbow bump, wave, wink, courtesy … even a salute!
  • Plastic gloves will be worn throughout our visit.
  • Hand sanitizer is carried on their belt.
  • Booties will be worn on their shoes.
  • They will wipe down all areas we contact with the disinfectant.
  • Exposure will be limited to 6-8 feet.
  • Technicians’ temperatures are tested every morning at the start of the workday.
  • Our team is working on securing masks, so please let us know if you want us to wear one.
